Vladimír Sobota, PhD

I am a computational cardiac electrophysiologist with a subspeciality in experimental cardiac electrophysiology. My research helps to uncover the mechanisms of arrhythmias, identify arrhythmogenic substrates, and develop novel antiarrhythmic therapies. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Modeling team at IHU LIRYC, Bordeaux, France, where I utilize three-dimensional computational models of the human heart to study ventricular arrhythmias.
